Meet Bianca Fastuca

Bianca’s academic journey reflects her commitment to excellence, holding a Bachelor of Law (Honours), Bachelor of Criminology and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice.

As a criminal lawyer, Bianca is dedicated to navigating the complexities of the legal system with expertise and empathy. She has taken a particular interest in diversion applications whereby she assists primarily first-time offenders avoid entering the criminal justice system to ensure her client has no criminal record or conviction against their name.

Bianca is passionate about understanding each client’s unique circumstances and ensuring that they feel supported throughout every stage of their legal proceedings. She is very competitive and utilises this trait to her advantage when conducting negotiations with Prosecutors or arguing her client’s defence in Court.

During the process, Bianca empowers her clients to make informed decisions and achieve the best possible outcomes, whilst maintaining the highest standards of honesty and transparency in her interactions. From the initial consultation to the resolution, Bianca takes pride in her ability to liaise effectively with different legal professionals, including barristers, to ensure her clients’ best interests.

But, beyond the courtroom, Bianca loves spending time with her family and she finds joy in the simple pleasures – be it a home-cooked meal or a walk on the beach.
